Annual Learning and Teaching Conference

The inaugural Annual Learning and Teaching Conference of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences will take place on Monday April 27th from 12 noon until 4.30pm. We are delighted that Professor Dilly Fung will join us to give the keynote presentation on ‘A Connected Curriculum’. Professor Fung’s monograph on this topic can be downloaded for free here as a PDF file - A Connected Curriculum for Higher Education.

The conference is also an opportunity for us to celebrate, and share practice of, Faculty staff and students’ work in enhancing learning and teaching. All categories of Faculty staff and all students are invited to submit a short proposal for a presentation (poster, short talk, or workshop/demonstration) at the conference. The themes of the conference are: 1) Connectedness, 2) Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, and 3) Technologies in learning and teaching.
